The Teesta-IV Dzongu HEP project in Sikkim, India, developed by National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC) and Lanco Teesta Hydro Power Pvt. Ltd., has been facing continuous opposition by local organisations and community for environmental concerns.
