The Teesta-IV Dzongu HEP project in Sikkim, India, developed by National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC) and Lanco Teesta Hydro Power Pvt. Ltd., has been facing continuous opposition by local organisations and community for environmental concerns.
The Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited NHPC and Lanco Teesta to respond, they did not.
