West Haven attorney Richard Altschuler is feeling invigorated. Within a span of several days, he won on two fronts in his ongoing…legal battle against…Pfizer…Altschuler is suing Pfizer for $2 billion in damages on behalf of 58 Nigerian families whose children were test subjects for an antibiotic called Trovan…The lawsuit says that Pfizer failed to obtain proper consent to administer the medication to 200 children, and the drug allegedly caused 11 children to die and others to suffer blindness, paralysis and brain damage…Pfizer has denied all allegations and claims children who took Trovan had a higher survival rate than those who didn’t…
