Company Response

16 Aug 2023

CH Robinson's response

Please allow us to make few comments right at the beginning: C.H. Robinson conducts all its business relationships based on its core principles: "Evolve constantly, Deliver excellence, Grow together" and, most importantly, "Embrace integrity".

In addition to the EDGE principles listed above, the company is committed to the UN Global Compact and aligns its business with the highest standards of social responsibility. C.H. Robinson expects the same from its business partners and therefore take the allegations made against the three freight forwarding companies extremely seriously.

LUKMAZ

We have internally investigated and are happy to confirm that we do not have any business relationship with LUKMAZ.

IMPERIA

The company Imperia Logistyka is known to us. We have worked with this company for two transports in 2022 only. We will not further work with this company anymore and further to the recent developments, we have reached out to Imperia Logistyka to inform them that C.H. Robinson will cease any further collaboration with them immediately and we have urged them to solve the current dispute and situation with its drivers.

AGMAZ

The company Agmaz is known to us. We have worked with this company for two transports early this year only. These two shipments were not part of the strike. We will not further work with this company anymore and further to the recent developments, we have reached out to Agmaz to inform them that C.H. Robinson will cease any further collaboration with them immediately and we have urged them to solve the current dispute and situation with its drivers.

I believe these answers your inquiry sufficiently. If you have any further questions or need more information, please feel free to contact us at any time.

UPDATE: Following the publication of this story in our Weekly Update, C.H. Robinson provided the following additional information:

In early April 2023, our internal inquiry delved into our affiliations with three companies under the umbrella of Mazur Group. To clarify, we have never engaged in any collaborative endeavors with Lukmaz. When it comes to Imperia Logistyka and Agmaz, our engagements were limited to two transportation projects in 2022 and early 2023, respectively. Moving forward, we have decided to discontinue our association with these entities. In light of recent developments, we have proactively communicated with Imperia Logistyka and Agmaz, apprising them of C.H. Robinson's immediate termination of any further collaborative efforts. We have also urged them to address the ongoing dispute and circumstances involving their drivers.
