Lesotho: Factories reportedly shut down due to lack of international demand; incl. co. non-responses

In September 2023, it was reported that the Nien Hsing Group had closed several of its Lesotho subsidiaries, including Nien Hsing International, due to a lack of demand for its products on the international market, leaving workers without a job.

In March 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Kontoor Brands and Levi Strauss to respond. They did not.
