…Professor Shinichi KITAOKA, President of JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency)…We, the Brazilian, Japanese and international civil society organisations, have received the information that the Mozambican civil society organisations sent the Open Letter addressing to President of JICA on 17 February 2017.
