Myanmar: Workers at Sanyuan Oversea factory report unpaid overtime & verbal abuse; Incl. co. response

In May 2023, it was reported that workers at Sanyuan Oversea factory faced a series of violations, including unpaid overtime pay, workers forced to lie when brands inspect the factory, and verbal abuse if the workers don’t answer inspectors correctly.

In October 2023, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited adidas, Inditex (for its Stradivarius brand), Mango and Piazza Italia to respond. Inditex responded. Mango and Piazza Italia did not. Inditex's response can be found below.
