LG fails, in their statement, to address the issue of any help for Rosa or her family. Nor do they provide any details about the specific steps they are taking to prevent any similar incidents from happening in the future. If, as they say, they take their commitment to workers' safety "very seriously," they should back up their words with an offer to help Rosa and a detailed plan for addressing the working conditions in their manufacturers' plants.
