...[T]he SPC [Supreme People’s Court] officially issued a White Paper on China’s Environmental Resource Trial, and reported to the public the progress so far achieved since the establishment of Environmental Resource Courts.

The White Paper consists of five major sections, elaborating and showcasing the progress with SPC’s work on environmental resource trial in bringing environmental resource trial into full play, promoting the establishment of environmental resource trial institutions, exploring possible working mechanism on environmental resource trial, refining the environmental justice concept and trial rules, and strengthening capacity building and professional skills relevant to environmental resource trial.
