At Kellanova (formerly Kellogg Company), our suppliers must comply with our Global Supplier Code of Conduct. Our Code includes our standards on workplace safety and child labor and requires, among other things, that our suppliers comply with local laws for minimum age of employment. In addition, we utilize our Global Human Rights Policy due diligence process to drive compliance with our policies.

We reviewed an audit report from the site in question from 2020 that showed zero non-conformances for child labor. We have worked extensively with the co-manufacturing partner who owns the site to understand the shortcomings of the auditing process and the corrective actions they have implemented throughout their operations.
