Argentina: Textile factory closes due to reduction in orders, laying off +200 workers; incl. co. non-responses

In May 2024, it was reported that two Textil.com factories closed, leaving 267 workers without a job and without paying workers owed wages, due to a drop in orders. In one of the plants, workers occupied the factory in protest.

In August 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Grisino, Mimo, Cristobal Colon, 47 Street, Sporting, Penguin and Topper. They did not respond.
