In the morning, the Chair and State representatives met for a private meeting. The afternoon session started at 4pm Geneva time and the Chair announced the adoption of the draft report.

• The Chair communicated that comments on the draft report are due by 14 November 2022 so as to ensure the publication of the final report by March 2023.
• There were no comments from State representatives on the report and its conclusions and recommendations. Therefore, the report, including its conclusions and recommendations, were adopted.
• The Chair adjourned the meeting by thanking stakeholders who were active in the process and stressed that NGOs’ proposed texts had been recorded.
