...[W]e were shipping equipment to Russian companies before the military invasion through our affiliate office located in Germany. These products were exported in a legal manner while complying with both the regulations of the Ministry of Economy. Trade and Industry of Japan and those set forth in Europe. Since the onset of the military invasion, we have made no shipments to Russia following export regulation restrictions in Japan and Europe.

We have confirmed that our last shipment made to Belarusian companies was in November 2016 and no shipments to Belarusian companies, as well as to Russian companies, have been made after the military invasion began...
