Engie's response (including update from 3 September 2025)

We have received the complaint based on OECD Guidelines for multinationals enterprises regarding serious acts that allegedly took place in some areas of production of former coal suppliers of the group in Colombia.

ENGIE always operates in accordance with applicable regulations and ENGIE’s ethics policies.

ENGIE is closely following the evolution of the matter and will cooperate with relevant stakeholders as appropriate.
