Myanmar: Garment workers at Lian Cheng (Myanmar) factory report dismissal of pregnant workers & workers who fail to meet targets; incl. co. response

In September 2023, it was reported that workers at Lian Cheng (Myanmar) factory faced a series of violations, denial of public holidays, the dismissal of pregnant workers, dismissal of workers who do not meet targets, and relevant labour departments not investigating violations.

In January 2024, the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Inditex (for its ZARA brand) to respond. Full responses below.
