IMPORTANT LEGAL VICTORY! Over a month has passed since the contentious NLRB hearing, when the NLBR re-assessed 50 challenged ballots from the Coway USA NLRB union election. On April 29th, the NLRB issued a decision stating that "the best evidence in determining whether the voters signed the ballot enveloped is the voters' testimonies." the NLRB ordered the counting of 10 uncouncted ballots in the union election... ANOTHER GREAT LEGAL VICTORY FOR COWAY USA WORKERS" With this outcome, hope for union formation has been reignited.
