Columbia Threadneedle responded re. Tyson human rights due diligence resolution

Response from Columbia Threadneedle (5 February 2021):

"Our policy at Columbia Threadneedle is to not publicly disclose proxy votes ahead of company AGMs. We do publicly disclose our votes following AGMs, as required, and we do discuss with companies our votes and related rationale.

In this instance we engaged twice with Tyson senior leaders in mid-2020 around the company’s response to the pandemic and treatment of employees, and these engagements informed our vote."
