Eco Energy World's response to SLAPPed but not silenced report

"... During Q4-2020, the Swedish website Realtid.se published a number of articles on EEW, which contained some false and defamatory information. EEW wrote to Realtid and requested repeatedly that these articles be corrected or the reference to EEW be removed, which Realtid declined to do. As a company based in United Kingdom, EEW is legally entitled to defend any defamatory claims against itself here in the United Kingdom.

In early November 2020, it became clear to EEW that Realtid was not prepared to sensibly deal with matters as requested and left EEW with no alternative but to issue court proceedings in the English High Court. Attempts were made to resolve matters but Realtid refused to constructively engage with EEW on this..."
