We regularly publish a sustainability report in compliance with both national regulations and global frameworks, and we have established a diversified and regular stakeholder disclosure and communication mechanism, and conduct periodic internal audits as well as supply chain due diligence. The authenticity and accuracy of a sustainability report undergo rigorous third-party verification by internationally accredited auditors. In addition, EVE Energy are subject to social responsibility assessments by leading global enterprises and no instances of human rights violations or forced labor have ever been identified.
The report titled “Human and Labour Rights Violations at BYD, CATL, and EVE Energy: A Comparison” lacks factual substantiation and data-driven analysis, rendering its conclusions unverified. Notably, the report explicitly disclaims accountability for the accuracy of its content.
It is important to note that one of the organizations that commissioned this report is an existing client of ours. Despite the report's release, they have continued to source products from us, reflecting their confidence in our business practices. Additionally, they audited our facilities and issued a letter confirming that they “did not find any problems with human rights issues”.
