Hitachi response

[...] Committing respect of human rights in our policy, the CEO and the heads of business units receive reports on the progress of the initiatives and hold discussions on a regular basis in the Executive Sustainability Committee in order to enhance the company’s initiatives and human rights due diligence. Due to the nature of the software engineering work, employees are able to perform their duties from remote locations as they were doing because of the pandemic and there has not been a significant impact on GlobalLogic's operation at this moment.

We check existing business and will continue to take necessary measures so that we will not infringe export control laws, not to cause disturbing peace. Our distributorship agreement contains a clause prohibiting distributor to sell equipment to entities that may disturb peace.
