IC-Haus response

Thank you very much for giving us the opportunity to comment on your findings.

With the start of the Russian attack on Ukraine in February 2022, iC-Haus immediately stopped all exports, orders, services and support with our former customers and distributors in Russia and Belarus.

Furthermore, we have engaged our worldwide distributors and agents as follows:

"Please be advised that the sale and resale of our products is strictly bound by the export regulations and restrictions of the EU, USA and all related countries, especially with regard to MIL applications. In accordance with our corporate governance, we will immediately stop any delivery of goods if we become aware that MIL applications are being offered in prohibited countries or without official authorization or certification, and we request that you inform us accordingly and refrain from such MIL applications."

We fully comply with the EU and US sanctions lists in line with our corporate responsibility under the direct responsibility of our executive management.

To date, we are not aware of any iC-Haus products being used in weapons in the Ukraine conflict. We take our responsibility as a manufacturer of integrated circuits very seriously and investigate each single case in which we become aware of an unauthorized resale of our products.
