Memo re shareholder resolutions submitted to Lundin Petroleum AGM

As the Company has, time and again, failed to refute allegations and to confront its Sudanese legacy, we are now calling upon its shareholders to take responsibility. A vote in favour of the five proposals is an elegant and effective way to restore the Company’s reputation and protect its interests. This memo outlines why a vote for the proposals is in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders, and why the management’s reasoning to vote against the resolutions is slapdash and unconvincing.
