Myanmar: Garment workers reported vomiting due to unclean drinking water & forced to switch roles despite lack of experience; incl. co. responses

In May 2024, it was reported that workers at WHM Myanmar are facing a series of violations, including workers forced to work in roles they have no experience in causing them stress, wage cuts for those who don't work overtime, workers vomiting due to unclean drinking water and limited hygiene products supplied such as soap.

In September 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Promod, Calliope and OVS to respond. OVS's response can be found below. Promod and Calliope did not respond.
