Ricoh responded regarding Palestine Forum Japan's concerns

Ricoh has been promoting the due diligence process including identifying risks of any negative impact on human rights.

We recognize risks of discrimination, invasions of privacy as well as misuse of technology (unexpected use of image processing technology) as you pointed out and make efforts to prevent these risks.

We will improve our due diligence process to avoid threatening human rights by unintended usage or leakage of our technology while learning by other companies who conducted advanced due diligence process.
