OJSC Vysokogorsky Mining and Processing Plant (VGOK), part of the NPPO Ural group, is facing serious financial difficulties due to the freezing of its accounts by the Federal Tax Service and over ten rulings issued by the Federal Bailiff Service related to the recovery of accounts receivable.

The company has also faced delays in salary payments, and numerous appeals from employees to state authorities, such as the prosecutor's office and the State Labor Inspectorate, have led to warnings and orders being issued to the company's management about the inadmissibility of violating labor laws.
