This Statement expresses the shared values of NYU and the Executive Affairs Authority (EAA) of Abu Dhabi (the Parties) for the construction and operation of NYU Abu Dhabi, which are based in the existing laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). NYU and the EAA appreciate that each Party operates within different legal and cultural environments that will affect NYU Abu Dhabi; both Parties are, however, committed to the values set out in this Statement of Values and to their enforcement in the construction, operation, and maintenance of the NYU Abu Dhabi campus.
