In the smelting shop of the Aksu Ferroalloy Plant, an accident occurred with a repairman who was injured while servicing conveyor equipment, reports TNC Kazchrome JSC.

...An ambulance was immediately called to the scene and took the victim to the intensive care unit of the Aksu Central Hospital, where the man died.​

The incident was reported to government authorities and an investigation has been launched. The circumstances and causes of the accident are being established...
