U-Haul, Tennessee dealer settle racial discrimination claim for $750,000 [USA]
Phoenix-based U-Haul International Inc. and one of its dealers in Tennessee have agreed to pay $750,000 to eight African-American current and former employees to settle a racial discrimination lawsuit. The lawsuit was filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission against the Arizona company and U-Haul Co. of Tennessee.
