A proposal to shift tanneries and plastic traders out of Bholakpur...[a]fter the Bholakpur water contamination incident, which claimed 14 lives in May 2009...hit a new roadblock with the Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL) raising objections over relocating them to Rampally village in Keesara mandal.
