Oleofinos' response on sourcing from REPSA

[...]

Oleofinos reiterates its policy and total commitment to sustainability, which is why we join the collaborative actions and continuous improvements throughout the supply chain.

We will always be open to develop and support suppliers committed to sustainability, in the case of Grupo Olmeca / HAME we saw important advances such as its RSPO certification in the Santa Rosa mill, for which we seek an approach through third parties that allow us constant evaluation to this supplier.

In order to formalize the follow-up and committed with the greatest possible transparency, we will handle the REPSA / HAME / Olmeca case through our public procedure PQR (Grievances System) maintaining periodic updates that will objectively evaluate the progress.
