Colgate-Palmolive's response on sourcing from REPSA

Colgate-Palmolive is committed to sourcing responsible palm oil, palm kernel oil (PKO) and palm oil derivatives that do not contribute to deforestation or conversion of native landscapes and respects the rights of workers and local communities... Regarding Reforestadora de Palma S.A. (REPSA), they were placed on Colgate's No Buy List in 2017 and the decision was communicated to our suppliers at risk of sourcing from REPSA. We have continued to monitor our mill lists to ensure that REPSA is not in our supply chain... As a preventative measure, we also communicated our expectations to other suppliers at risk of sourcing from REPSA. REPSA remains on our Company’s No Buy List and we will continue to monitor and engage with our suppliers to ensure that this position is enforced.
