Indonesia: Human Rights Commission’s first national inquiry into abuses of indigenous peoples’ land rights

In May 2014, Indonesia’s Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM) launched its first national inquiry into alleged human rights violations linked to land conflicts involving indigenous peoples.
